The CDSF Coaching Staff spends thousands of hours every year in the trenches writing training and nutrition programs, coaching groups of athletes and adults, and running a 100+ member facility just outside of Saratoga, NY. We're excited to be here for you to:

This is a recurring membership. Your credit card will be charged every month or year while you're a member, depending on which membership option you choose. You may cancel at any time from your online profile. You may also choose to purchase individual training programs or courses from our products page.
How do membership payments work?
If you choose the monthly option, the card you have on file will be charged every 4 weeks. If you choose the yearly option, the card you have on file will be charged every 12 months. You may also purchase single products without a membership.
What do I get when I'm a part of the CDSF Collective?
When you join The CDSF Collective, you’ll gain access to our online training portal. You can access all of our training programs, nutrition programs, and courses at any time from your phone, tablet, or computer. Each program has both an online version and a printable version for you to follow along.
Can I communicate with the CDSF Staff?
Yes! The community section of this site will allow you to post your progress, ask questions, and communicate with the CDSF Staff and The Collective Community! There are also discussion sections in all programs and courses.
Do I need any specific equipment for the programs?
Each program will have different requirements. Some programs can be performed at home, while others will need access to a gym. Many of the programs include a variety of exercise equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and medicine balls. Most well-equipped gyms these days should have all this equipment. Many of the exercises will have variations if you don’t have all the equipment. If you don’t have access to a specific piece of equipment, you can post a message to The Community and we’ll provide an alternative for you! If you have to travel during the program, we can help you find adequate substitutes for equipment in hotel gyms, or maintain your progress with body weight versions of the exercises.
What type of workouts do you have?
Our workouts are broken down into two categories. Adult Fitness and Sports Performance. For Adults our programs are focused on moving, feeling, and looking better. Our Sports Performance Programs are designed to get you bigger, faster, stronger, and performing your best!
Can I do any other types of exercises with my CDSF program?
Yes! Our programs are very complimentary to other fitness activities, like running, cycling, and yoga. If you have specific weight loss goals, we encourage you to perform other conditioning based exercises on your off days as well. If you’re doing one of our strength programs, we often suggest that you stick to the work prescribed for you since our programs are built to be comprehensive.
How long does each training program last?
Our online training platform has a variety of programs for different durations. Our flagship program, CDSF Strength and, is 12-months long. Many of our speciality programs are 3 months long. We encourage you to keep things fresh and shift around your programming every 3 months or so. That’s why even Champion Strong shifts gears into different phases every 3 months for the whole year. For most programs, a new program is released each month that builds on your program and progress from the last month. The focus and structure of the program will change over time to shift priorities, keep your workouts fresh, and help you achieve new goals.
How do I cancel my membership to the CDSF Collective?
Our full access CDSF Collective Membership is an online recurring monthly or annual membership program. You will get billed each month or year at the specific subscription rate. You can easily cancel yourself at anytime on our website in your profile. When you cancel all future payments will stop and you will lose access to the materials and platform. If you wish to only have access to select materials you can purchase what you want individually without reoccurring fees.
